This is undoubtedly one of the most stylish PR fics written. Basically it is set some time after the pre-Turbo rangers have moved on. Skull, an ex-cop turned drunkard is there when Zack is mysteriously murdered in his club. Now Skull has to find out who has done it while dealing with the problems his past has created for him.
