The premise on this one is that Wes wakes up basically "in the universe down the hall and to the right" - that is, he wakes up in a world with a rather different Ranger team. In the meantime, the person he displaced is waking up in his. Some of the faces are familiar, some are not. The world that Wes lands in is just familiar enough that you want to know what happened to the characters, and the original characters are likeable. Found at Fanfiction.net
